Short term health insurance in Connecticut is sold be several insurance companies. Typically, you will choose a deductible between $250 and $2,500. Many plans restrict you to a period of 1-6 months of coverage in Connecticut. After your deductible, the plans typically pay 50%, 80%, or 100% of the remaining medical bills to a maximum of $1million per term chosen.
